"Happiness"
Just when you think your whole world seems so bleak
You start to think about all the different people you meet
There's always someone whose life is much worse
God doesn't give you situations and let you rehearse
You take life as it comes and just learn how to deal
With the things that are tough and the things that are real
Cherish your friends and your family most of all
Because they're the ones that are there to catch you when you fall
Just try to remember that happiness is always worthwhile
And day by day you can turn another person's frown into a smile
It's not always easy to be the happy one in the crowd
But you don't always have to be heard outloud
People will notice the happy person you are inside
And maybe they'll begin to take life a little more in stride
So I guess the whole point is do what you feel you need to do
But just keep in mind....do unto others as you'd like them to do for you!

"Friendship"
I woke up this morning feeling kinda blue
I don't know why I let people bother me like I do
What people think and what people say
Really shouldn't matter that much anyway
Friends will come and friends will go
The ones that are true will always show
Sometimes friendship is very hard to understand
But all you have to do is lend a helping hand
At times it's hard to know if a friend is a true friend
And all you can do is see what happens in the end
A friend will stand beside you no matter what
And whether they agree, they always wish you luck
The best you can do is be the friend you'd want to have
It's really, really hard when they can make you so mad
But you have to keep this one thing in mind
Very good friends are so hard to find
Don't let the little things come in between you
Friendship is much more important, especially when it's true
The hard part seems to be knowing if it's real
Just look in your heart, and you can usually tell
The bad part is when you can't always tell
Then you feel like all you ever do is fail
Just pick yourself up and start over again
Because friends will be friends until the very end
People shouldn't judge when it's none of their concern
I guess sometimes they think they're gonna get burned
The best advice for meddling is turn the other cheek
And just listen to your friends when they feel the need to speak
Days may seem like forever in your heart of hearts
But never let another person tear a friendship apart
Weeks may seem like a lifetime but that's all in your mind
Because true friendship is forever until the end of time
Friends are very special, and I think we all know it's true
And that's why I am so glad I have my friendship with you!

Lost in a worlds of my own, only kidding myself of what I can do
Jealousy overtakes me as my heart was filled with anger and hatred
People don't realize how you feel, only you
People betray your friendship, as an old dog dies in you hands

I have sinned, I am a sinner
I have addictions that I can not control
I have feelings- too complicated for me to understand
I smoke and cannot quit
I have a lust for sex with a man I fell in love with,
and I cannot say no
I am lonely, and cannot find a shoulder to lean on
I am a hypocrite, I mean what I say, but I can not do what I say
I am a sinner, and I have sinned again
I am lost in the world of worldly issues
